During the N.E.W.S.® Congress in Spain in April, we carved out dedicated time for something truly special: our Hotspots.

These two focused breakout sessions—held in parallel rooms—offered participants the space to connect, reflect, and challenge ideas on two of the most vital topics in our network:

🔹 Organizational Transformation Processes – a hands-on exchange on how we lead and support real people-focused transformation journeys in organizations.
From concrete initiatives to preparing for a mind shift, and to success metrics and execution practicalities.
This session was packed with live experience.

🔹 Leadership Development Training–
a deep dive into best practices, models, and challenges in developing leaders across cultures and geographies. Practical wisdom was shared, debated, and enriched through diverse voices.

The energy, openness, and insights in both rooms reminded us of the power of collective intelligence and the value of creating space for real conversation.
