N.E.W.S.® Navigation
N.E.W.S.® Navigation began with a simple idea: when people ask better questions (about direction, engagement, execution, and the barriers no one names), movement becomes possible. That idea became a framework, the NEWS Compass®, and the framework became a company.
Today N.E.W.S.® is a global organizational development company and innovation hub, headquartered in Pully, Switzerland, with more than 20 years of work across 45 countries. And that same Compass now runs on two engines at once, human Navigators and AI coaching, in a new category the company calls Parallel Intelligence.
One Compass from the start
N.E.W.S.® was co-founded by Aviad Goz, creator of the NEWS Compass® and a pioneer of leadership and organizational navigation, together with founding partners who shared his vision. For more than four decades, Aviad has guided executives worldwide through the moments that decide an organization’s direction.
Across that work he kept returning to the same observation. Organizations rarely fail for lack of intelligence or effort. They fail for lack of a shared way to align direction, culture, and execution: the three forces that pull hardest against each other at a crossroad, under real uncertainty.
He built the Compass as the practical answer. It turns navigation into four directional questions, North, East, West, and South, asked across three layers: personal, interpersonal, and organizational. Together they form the 12-Box Matrix, the structure behind all fifteen N.E.W.S.® solutions.
Why the AI Coach carries Aviad’s name
The Aviad Goz AI Coach is not a product with a founder’s name attached for credibility. It is built on the methodology he spent four decades developing: the same four questions, asked in the same order, applied across the same three layers.
When a leader opens the Coach late at night before a difficult meeting, the questions waiting for them are the ones Aviad would ask. That is the point of Parallel Intelligence.
